Recently, we have discovered private and individual websites in China promoting and selling Kinetico products without our authorization.

We sincerely warn against making any inquiry on these unofficial websites, because not only are they responsible for an unauthorized use of our logo and trademarks they are also advertising prices for products that they do not have and that Kinetico does not supply to them.

This malicious practice is considered a serious infringement to our intellectual property rights and a judicial action will be taken against the offenders with legal consequences for those responsible for this.

In order to maintain the Kinetico brand and to continue to grow our market presence, Kinetico International Sales Division wish to make this joint statement together with our exclusive distributor in China and hereby to declare as follows:

• China's only authorized regional official distributor website is: www.aquakpa.com – all local dealers must be approved by Kinetico and by the authorized distributor.
• The official Chinese website of Kinetico is www.kinetico.cn – which will re-direct you to our International site www.kinetico.eu.
  
If you are residing in USA then kindly visit www.kinetico.com.
• Kinetico will take joint legal actions against any misuse or abuse of Kinetico logo, trademarks, pictures, product and sales literature, domain names, web account names and other copyrights and intellectual property entitled to and or belonging to Kinetico and the offender will be held liable for the offense.
